Shipping

Recyclababy use Sendle’s 100% carbon neutral shipping service as our first choice of delivery. If we are unable to use Sendle, we use Australia Post.

SHIPPING COSTS
Recyclababy offers two shipping options:
1) Standard shipping - FREE for all orders over $100 and a flat rate of $9.95 for orders under. Sent in a satchel with tracking number.
2) Express shipping - $16.95 flat rate express postage, in a satchel with tracking number.

Postage fees will be displayed and added to your order before you make payment and confirm your order.

FULFILLMENT
We ship orders from Monday to Friday from our Warehouse in Brisbane, QLD.

We always aim to despatch all orders within 48 hours, but please allow 1-4 days for fulfilment. Express orders will be shipped next business day.

During peak trading times, season launches or sale periods, there may be delays on fulfilment.

LOCAL PICK UP
Local pick up is available from our premises in Everton Park, 4053 Queensland. Please select the pick-up option at checkout for free collection. Please ensure we have agreed on a pick-up time before coming to collect your goods.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
Unfortunately we only ship within Australia.

DELAYED DELIVERIES
If delivery of your item is delayed, you can email Olivia at olivia@recyclababy.com.au to help locate it. However, Recyclababy will not be held liable for any parcels that get lost in transit or damaged. We take no responsibility for the goods once they are posted.
